CONSPICUOUS DEFECTS

Only approved material of controlled quality (by PAPER11) is posted on the website and before shipping, to insure customers against any conspicuous defects. If however, any shortages or damages were established, no claim whatsoever relating to the delivered products unless submitted within 3 days from receipt of the order. In the event of conspicuous defects or damages arising from carriage, claim must be sent within the same period to the carrier identified on the packaging. Return fees are only covered by PAPER11 in the event of shortages or damages are actually established by PAPER11 or a representative. When shortages or damages are definitely established by PAPER11, the client could only request the replacement of the non compliant products, and/or the additions to be sent to make up the missing items at the expense of PAPER11 without the Client being able to claim any compensation or the cancellation of the order, nor a refund.

LATENT DEFECTS

As warranty against latent defects, PAPER11's liability is limited to the free replacement of defective goods, without the Client having any claim to damages and compensation, for any reason whatsoever. The guarantee for concealed defects is only extended to items which continually becoming the property of the customer and only extended to the products sold and delivered by PAPER11. It does not cover devices being wrongly used in non-provided conditions of use and application. Latent defect is stated as a defect in the product preventing it from being hung as originally intended and undetectable by the customer before its application.
